VIFE is a service offered through Augesir for companies looking to grow fast and exit.

The offering is uniquely tailored to suit the needs of companies who've reached a ceiling in their growth or pace of growth, or are currently struggling and need new life breathed into them.  It's also well suited to companies where the ownership wants to sell but realize they can't get what they'd like for it right now, VIFE will rapidly grow it to that point and then sell the company.

How does it work?

Rather than hiring a sales person, or a manager, or a marketing person to do some task within your company designed to create growth, you allocate that same budget to hiring VIFE.  VIFE will bring in a team consisting of two parts:

1. Experts specializing in growing companies like yours with a track record of having done so before

2. An implementation team to execute on explosive growth strategies as efficiently and cost effectively as possible

VIFE won't just do a job for you, they'll assess the business, determine the highest value areas for improvement, build a plan to drive explosive growth, implement the plan, and then facilitate an exit process.

VIFE only works with businesses who meet a certain criteria and consequently will undergo an evaluation prior to taking on any project.  If the business meets the criteria, meaning VIFE believes there's a strong likelihood of successfully creating explosive growth within the company, you'll be asked to provide a budget for that growth.  Because VIFE brings in experts who are normally unaffordable to the VIFE clients, the budget covers only basic expenses.

The experts of the team are paid based on the results they create, both in terms of the growth in revenues and profits, as well as at the end upon sale of the company.
