How we work

When you engage with us for the first time we'll want to know a little about your company and how best to explain and sell it to candidates.  We'll then go through a discovery process of nailing down what you're really looking for, what you care about and equally, what you don't in order to gain access to the widest candidate pool, receive only the best fit candidates, and ensure a solid working relationship.

We'll then discuss working terms and we'll require you sign a recruiting agreement between us, at which point we'll begin filling the positions you request.

We'll have pre-screened all the candidates to ensure they meet your criteria, you'll interview them and decide whether to hire them.  If it isn't a fit we'll refine the criteria and continue with a better match until you find one you want to hire.  If you wish we can assist in the process of providing a written offer of employment to clarify expectations.

Finally, we ask permission to conduct a follow-up with you to refine the  process to ensure you're always getting ever increasing value from our services.
