You can find a job on your own so why do you need us?  If you just want a job, you don't.  In fact if all you want is a job, you don't have goals to achieve or any criteria about the nature of that job, we don't want you and neither will our clients.

We believe growth is an essential part of life.  Growing as a person, contributing to the growth of something larger than yourself, and getting ahead in terms of your goals whether they be health, family, education, financial, leisure, or otherwise.  In fact we believe this is the core purpose of work.  Who wants to work just to stay where they are?  Certainly not us, and certainly not our clients!

We hire people for a huge variety of industries, roles, and positions.  The first step in working with us to find something new is to apply by sending us a resume (we don't work with people without a resume of some sort and only accept resumes by email).

Expectations 

We do everything we can to provide you with clear understanding of where you want to go and how to get there as well as match you with that opportunity.  However, it's also important to note that our job isn't to find you a job.  When we have a position available that is a fit we work with you as your advocate and confidant to help ensure it happens.  Once we place you in a position we work with you to ensure it's an outstanding experience of mutual success, but there are many people for whom we don't have positions, so it is important to keep looking.

Second, though the steps in our process are always the same, companies, and positions, like clothes, are not one size fits all, so how that process plays out can vary from one organization and role to another.  In some cases we might go through the entire process with you one on one in person, in other cases there might be a lot of phone or email.  Sometimes there are group interviews and sometimes personality assessments.  No matter how we approach it we encourage one thing, be authentic, look for something you'll genuinely enjoy and give it all you've got.
